My huge ass, or I HATE YOU, WII FIT!
Apr. 8th, 2010 12:45 pmI am trying to get healthier and have better endurance before I start nursing school and I've put on about 10 pounds in the last 3 months, so my clothes are tight and I don't want to buy new ones. Plus the scrubs for our classes are all white. yuck.
We pulled out the Wii Fit on Tuesday and Monkey and I started working out together. I really enjoyed the rhythm kung fu and boxing, and everything else I've tried so far has been pretty fun. I even did the basic run, which is incredible for me. I haven't jogged or ran in, oh, 12 years. The next day, I tried to get on and it said I was too heavy for it. And today, I'm still too heavy for it. How could I have gained 4 lbs overnight - unless it's water weight. I'm so frustrated and disheartened right now. I did 2 basic runs just now because they're the only exercise that we've found so far that don't use the board and I'm all panting and sweaty and tired and this SUCKS.
