[Error: unknown template qotd]Though I doubt I'll ever have the patience to debone and compile the three birds, I'd say I'm a go (almost) all out kind of cook. I love making delicious food and trying new things. This year, we're eating at the mother-in-law's so she's making a lot of the sides and a ham, but I'm still going to make a complete Thanksgiving dinner here - turkey, potatoes, corn, GBC, cranberries, stuffing, gravy, pumpkin pie, apple pie, a pumkin roll, and maybe another kind of pie for third day leftovers.  :)
